Q: What is Air Dry Clay?

A: Air dry clay is a clay that does not need to be fired with a kiln to harden and maintain its shape.

Q: How long does it take for the clay to dry?

A: It depends! The main factors in determining how fast the clay will dry are the type of clay, the size of the final product, and the temperature. In general, leave 2 days for the clay to completely dry.

Q: Can you paint on the clay?

A: You can paint on all of the clays once they are dry but we recommend that you leave the ones with the special texture alone so that the effect can really come through.

Q: What is the difference between Super-Light and 2-in1 Light Clay?

A: The difference is in the weight. Super-light clay dries faster and can more easily cling to materials. 2-in-1 light clay has a more brilliant luster when it dries.

Q: Is your clay non-toxic?

A: Our clay conforms to ASTM D4236 standards. We're working on getting an AP standard mark as well.
